着替えるだけでも、ドアノブにさわるだけでも、手元や顔周りでパチパチ…。いつの間にか、髪まで静電気を帯びて アホ毛がフワフワ…顔周りの毛がまとわりつく…
そんな冬場の静電気に悩まされている方、多くいらっしゃるかと思います。
今回は、静電気が発生する原因と一緒に、今日から出来る 髪の毛への予防方法･対策方法をご紹介します!
まず、1番の原因が水分、保湿不足による乾燥です。
静電気が起きやすい環境として、「湿度が40％未満」が目安と言われています。
夏場に静電気を感じたことが ほとんど無いのは、湿度の高さに加え、暑さにより身体が汗をかいているため、自然と静電気を帯びにくい環境になっているからなんです。
また、服同士の摩擦によって静電気が発生しやすくなります。
髪に静電気が発生してしまった状態では、パサつきや痛みの原因になるのでなるだけ予防しなくてはなりません。
そんなときは、集中保湿型のトリートメントや洗い流さないトリートメントを使い、ヘアオイルまでつけてあげるのが効果的です。
冬場のこの時期は、お肌の手入れと同様にかなり保湿に関してはケアをしてあげないといけません。
